Our candles are handmade, which means there may be slight imperfections on some of the candles like frosting, small bubbles, indentations from the moulds, and other minor defects. Please note that this does not affect the quality or burn of the candles. This is natural for soy wax because of its properties. Please be sure you are happy with this as we cannot offer a refund for these natural occurrences of our work.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

That being said, all candles shipped out are carefully inspected to make sure we are giving you the best.
1. We do not offer refunds for items that have been used in any way.
2. We will offer a refund if the candles or items were damaged in transit. We will ask for a picture for proof and proof of purchase. If your proof is approved. We will offer an exchange for the damaged items. You must contact myariella candles within 2 days of receiving the items. We reserve the right of refusal if we consider the product usable.
3. We will offer free replacement for sending the wrong items to you. We will accept any product sent to you in error and are still in good condition. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the products and provide us proof of postage.
4. If a product is broken in transit, and after we have accepted the proof, you do not need to send us the broken items.
5. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

· 2. Marked as non-returnable on our website.
· 3. Products bought on sale.
· 4. Product not returned within the 14 days that it was accepted.
· 5. Customised items/products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
